In the 2021 Wealth Report, researchers focus on the the emergence of cities and markets in a post-pandemic world, highlighting “Barcelona’s unique position to benefit from the world’s growing fleet of superyachts.” As private wealth is a dominant force driving real estate markets around the world, much of this wealth is being invested in yachts and superyachts.
