The latest of these events took place in our Crew Lounge under the title SUPERYACHT WORKSHOPS—an afternoon of hands-on, specialised training. The programme included three consecutive sessions led by industry experts.
The first session focused on treating stains on delicate fabrics and carpets, with a technical approach to managing emergency situations on board. It was followed by a leadership workshop led by the team from International Luxury Training, emphasising delegation as a key strategy for empowering teams and improving management efficiency.
The day concluded with a wine service and protocol masterclass, which included opening techniques, wine pairing and a sensory tasting of Pere Ventura wines and cavas. To wrap up the event, participants took part in the Wine Opening Challenge—an informal competition with a prize of an official place on the Wine Appreciation – GUEST IAMI course and an exclusive waterproof backpack.
