Marina Port Vell Barcelona, fully committed to the safety of its guests, has signed a collaboration agreement with QuirónSalud to offer a premium healthcare coverage to superyacht owners and their guests, as well as their captains and crews, during their stay at the marina.
A premium healthcare coverage in a high-end marina
QuirónSalud, the leading hospital group in Spain and a major healthcare operator in Europe, offers to Marina Port Vell’s customers a round-the-clock medical assistance, which may be provided by video conference, onsite or through a doctor’s visit to the vessel.
The agreement between Marina Port Vell and QuirónSalud also covers transfer by ambulance to a Quirónsalud hospital in the city, should it be necessary, and premium care until arrival at the health centre. This includes special attention and accompaniment throughout the process by a person who also sees to all the paperwork with the client’s insurance company, should he or she have one.
A multilingual healthcare service
The agreement signed between Marina Port Vell and QuirónSalud has also taken into account the international profile of the marina’s customers, offering premium healthcare coverage in up to 12 languages. Customers from the marina may therefore communicate with medical staff with no language barrier.
